I guess you could recurse backwards from a given version to a prior
one by getting the patches for that file and reversing them...

Anyway, I've quickly looked at the patch script and it is not spitting
out the new files properly.  Possibly a "PRCS" bug.  In the meantime,
this URL worked for me on one of the files above:
