It is true that lynx_386 needs a fake packet driver.  The tcp stack from
doslynx and bobcak has a dummy mode which AFAIK the djgpp tcp doesn't.
Just use the one in the driver directory along with the -localhost
command so you don't get caught accidently trying to go remote.
