LYNX: too wide "Re: LYNX-DEV "-line

I use the standard unix "mail" command, and here is

Ignore the spam, and examine the LYNX-DEV lines -- note that you cannot
tell what the subject is because it gets truncated, because of the
(needless) stuff to the left, the "Re: LYNX-DEV ".  

If that could be shrunk, then you could see more of the what the
subject is.

I suggest just the word "LYNX: ", or maybe even "LY: ".

I submitted this once before, and got back something about
majordomo or something -- about which I (am quite happy to)
know nothing about -- but surely someone else in lynx-dev
does!

It would be very very nice to be able to tell what the
subjects are, in this plentitude of (good) lynx-dev stuff.
