LYNX-DEV W95 Lynx 2.7: keymap problems

Hi!

Lynx for Windows 95 (Lynx Version 2.7.1ac-0.49 (1997)) has massive problems
with non-standard keymaps (e.g. German keyboards, etc.)

Is there a new version or a bugfix available for this?
