If we are talking lynx2-7-1/WWW/Library/djgpp/makefile then I guess it
isn't needed since I just grepped lynx2-7-1/WWW/Library/Implementation/*
for COLOR_CURSES and there aren't any defines in there.  It must have just
slipped in.
