LYNX-DEV ac95 bug

Since this bug appears only on bsdi and since I seem the be the only
person running on bsdi that is willing to use
the ac stuff, I wonder if one of the active developers would be
willing to log onto my machine and carefully comb through
their changes from ac94 to ac95 that might be the cause of
the behavior I'm seeing.
I tried recompiling using the old HTTP.c
since it had some suspicious looking changes in its
handling of URLs, but I still get the same behavior.
So that's not it.

When you say something like "tweaks to chartrans code -FM & KW" in
CHANGES.new, I have no idea what files are touched or what the nature
of the changes is.

If someone who made these changes would volunteer to log on my machine,
please send me private email and I will give out a temporary password.
