I've looked around SLCC a bit, and patch-o-matic seems to be having
perl version problems. One upgrade was done on Jan 19th, and another
Feb 4th. I've had unrelated problems after getting the "latest" perl
and had to get the "very latest" one...
It's not fixed yet, but at least I know what changed.
