LYNX-DEV Lynx ac#115 & 117 OK on HP-UX 11.0

Dumb me, dumb me ... as T.E.Dickey pointed out to me, indeed I had
neglected to do a "make distclean" between platform builds so was using
an old config.cache. Thanks for the help.

I now have built both #115 and #117 on HP-UX 10.20 and HP-UX 11.0 and
they all work.

As expected, I needed to use "ncurses" on HP-UX 10.20, but the "vanilla"
HP curses worked fine on HP-UX 11.0! Progress!

(BTW, the distclean did not solve my Apollo Domain/OS problem ... error
and config files are large, so I won't post them to this list ... if
anyone wants a copy, I'll gladly send off-list mail.)

I did find one functional oddity with centered tables, but I'll send
separate mail concerning those details.
