Well, I have defined ^[[H and ^[[K in bindkey.  Also, 'cursor_home' and
'clr_eol' variables are set to '\E[H' and '\E[K$<3>' respectively in my
active terminfo.  I am not sure if there are the terminfo variables Lynx
seek for Home and End keys respectively.
