1. Because Fote's job isn't being the answering machine for this mailing
list.
2. Because Fote almost always (always?) forwards direct email concerning
lynx to the group.
3. Because as Fote has said, he's retired.
4. Because the mailer was under the mistaken impression that this group
has a 'leader' as such.
