On any platform, direct trace to Lynx.trace with the command line
switch, "-tlog" (i.e. "lynx -tlog -trace" or "lynx -tlog" and use ^T
during the session to turn on trace mode). This assumes that TRACE_LOG
was not set to TRUE when lynx was compiled.
