No.  You need to use the program tic.exe to compile emx.src to
terminfo entries, and that should be included in NC-EMX-B.ZIP.

It is well worth having 4.2 for Lynx.  The binaries I will release
are built with Ncurses 4.2.

Yes.  You need the current sources, autoconf, and ncurses.

But, I will try very hard to distribute binaries tonight or tomorrow,
if I have time.  I'll certainly try to do it before Sunday.
