the copyright restrictions on Lynx are in the file  COPYING ,
which comes in the distribution package: you should have no problem
if you simply plan to include the whole package in your CD-ROM.
Lynx is still being developed by an international volunteer co-op
& we always pleased if it becomes more widely known.

the latest version is 2-8 from  www.slcc.edu/lynx/release/ .
