lynx-dev cookies/anonymous users

Greg,

Regarding cookies support and Lynx with anonymous users, you probably want
to avoid persistent cookies but configure lynx to "eat all cookies".

This way is easiest for anonymous users since they don't have to deal with
the cookie prompt. It's also safer since sensitive data won't be kept
between sessions.
