I see emails going by re context-sensitive help.

Well, here's a page where it would be nice, to explain
what these "funny urls" are, eg at [18] -- what is THAT?

I myself don't know, don't even know where it is documented,
(not on the ? help page, re urls, not plain english text
like at 18 below) -- and, of course I could follow links there --
probably would take some time to find it, but a context-sensitive
help would be a help here.
