lynx-dev Win95 (compiled) won't start

i don't use Windows, so i can't help any further:
hopefully, another volunteer can give you better advice.
as a first step, go back & get the latest 2-8-1 from the same place.
please send all inquiries to lynx-dev, where everyone will see them.
