just noted that the second instance i gave is special case where 
hotlink was buried in a table structure that in lynx was wrapped
suspect that this and other one (inside <ul> <li> lines)
may be why they were untested and not spotted before now
dont you love the variations on a theme that html can give

[ That shouldn't matter too much since lynx doesn't change
  the way anchors are highlighted whether they are within
  <table> or <ul> or not.
  But you could test it, by creating some sample HTML with
  an anchor in a normal paragraph that gets wrapped to the
