Sorry for bad English.

I make patch for support Ukrainian language in Lynx.
Please, include this patch in next Lynx package for fully support
Ukrainian codepages:
        cp866_DOSCyrillicUkrainian (modified cp886 for Ukrainian
users. This is standart codepage in Ukraine).
        ISO 9945-2 (see also RFC 2319)
        koi8-u (standart Unix codepage for Ukraine. See also RFC
2319).

        patch for Lynx 2-8-1 release
        patch for Lynx 2-8-2 dev15
        Source codes for this patches.

For install this patch:
        copy patch-file into Lynx source directory;
        execute:
                $ patch -p1 < "patch-file"
                (where "patch-file" -- patch file-name)
        reconfigure and rebuild Lynx.

After compile in Lynx adds three codepages (in fonts option):
        Ukrainian Cyrillic (cp866u)
        Ukrainian (ISO 9945-2)
        Ukrainian (KOI8-U)
