Another snip to the code "--disable-news." This one is more ambitious,
and chops away at LYMain, LYMainLoop, and other code in the src/
directory. It's barely tested.

Since it's larger than the 2 before, the patch and new configure script
are not attached, but are located here:

Binary sizes:

-rwxr-xr-x  1 jim  wheel  1040384 Feb 26 05:44 /usr/local/bin/lynx2-8-2-dev15
-rwxr-xr-x  1 jim  wheel  929792 Mar  6 23:18 lynx

"--disable-ftp" is feasible, but more useful to keep (IMHO).
