The actual real audio file is a potentially infinite data stream, not
a file. There is also, almost certainly, a backwards flow of information
to enable the server to send the right level of detail in the file such
that the receiver can keep up with it, although I haven't seen the actual
RA protocol spec, and it may well not have been published.
You need to hand off the URL to a real audio plug in in some way, and if
you can't run a GUI browser, you probably can't run such a plug in.
