lynx-dev css class' names sensitivity question |

lynx-2.8.2dev20 handles class names case-insensitive. I tried to find
whether is it acceptable in HTML 4.0 spec (draft?) about this and found
nothing. Are there any browsers that support css (I've tested NS 4.02 and kfm
- they do not) and how do they handle names of classes?
