where to get Lynx

Kerry,

I am confused. Did you visit <http://lynx.browser.org/>?

The first two links from there are to distribution points and the third one
is to an information site which lists many more.

If you want the binary distribution for Windows 95/98, you _will_ have to
dig a little because the first kind of distribution you will come across is
the source code distribution suitable for Unix/Linux sites. In particular
you will eventually find references to:

Lynx for DOS 386+ or Win32
 http://www.fdisk.com/doslynx/lynxport.htm

 Win32 version
 http://www.fdisk.com/doslynx/wlynx/lynx_w32.zip

Al

PS: no buy. it's free.
