If one of the current bills concerning security export from the US passes, is
there anything that can be done to come closer to having SSL built into Lynx?

In other words, while they still won't be able to be shipped together (because
of the patent concerns), is there anything that could be done to make it less
of a hassle to get SSL into Lynx?  (hooks, automatically going to some URL
to download the SSL stuff when you try an https link, etc..)
