Lynx DOES support this, but as a link, not by automatically chaining
to the page.  The argument is that Lynx is often used by blind users and
others who may want more control over the time it takes to read a page.

Incidentally, there is no standards backing for this feature; probably
because it puts unnecessarily large loads on the internet and servers,
and because there are already mechanisms in HTTP to handle the
simple redirection case.

I can't say that I have ever seen a case where the pseudo HTTP Refresh
header was ever really justified.
