maybe not remove, but script our packaging to bundle it separately.
(for development purposes I would rather maintain it as a whole).

unbundling intl+po is less impact than the lynx.cfg, since I've already
done most of the work involved.

well (to be precise - it's not 400kb in the zip file, but more like 50kb)
