 Please read messages more carefully. It's not a htmlized copy of userdefs.h. 
See www.hippo.ru/~hvv for sample html was generated by scripts of this patch
(these htmls reflect all changes in userdefs.h if you are ask).
 Making lynx lean <-> not including probably useful functionality. Please
don't prevent lynx to evolve.
