Well, after looking lynx.cfg it turns out not a tiny job:
a) HTMLSRC_* options was implemented another way we have COLOR or DIRED_MENU,
e.g. different names *before* the first ':' delimiter
b) few options have no "inactive options", e.g. RULE
c) etc.

Seems will be postponed for a while...
