There's more to change in userdefs.h,
#define LYNX_RELEASE_DATE "1998"
should become
#define LYNX_RELEASE_DATE "1999"
Speaking of dates, there's also the years in the Copyright stuff at
the top of the file, maybe those should be updated, too.
