Re: lynx-dev HTML docs (not yours!) with almost every link "broken"

I would have guessed that the problem with html pages with 'brokenlinks'
was a case where the person who wrote the page did so on an operating system
where the case of the file names didn't matter (MSDOS) but was being
accessed on a system where they did matter (Unix based perhaps...).
