I'm just upgrading my home machine from SuSE6.0 to SuSE6.1
and the bumpf for Lynx says

...
We must mention that this program does not fall under the GPL
license and that the Copyright-owner maintains the right to
require the program to become licensed if used for commercial use.

Isn't Lynx GPL'd now?  I thought it had been for at least a year,
if not two?  Does someone want to put me or SuSE straight?
