for things like this, you should look at Users Guide,
which you will see listed on the Main Help Page, which you get with `h'.

in this case, enter `p', which gives you a menu:
follow `Save to local file' & choose a filename (one is offered);
the file will be stored in the directory you started Lynx from
or you can store it somewhere else by giving the full path.

there are a lot more details, but that's the basic procedure.
always look thro' the on-line help before asking at lynx-dev.
