Are you presuming source caching? Otherwise, is the POST information
available once the page has been fetched so it can be re-fetched?
What about pages that can't be fetched reproducibly? Something as
simple as a usage count makes the fetch non-reproducible -- you get
different content each time.
But I've often wished for a command to save (the source of) the
current document.
