as DW/DK pointed out, the warning seems to be re criminal a/a civil liability.

there is no such warning attached to either of these RPMs by Mandrake.
it looks as if the warning for Lynx has simply never been updated, ie removed.

i sent a revised note to Mandrake Cooker re this, but no-one has replied.
