Apparently you managed to submit a form, but no button was pressed.
Some browsers allow this to happen if you hit the 'Enter' key in
certain places. Since I don't know exactly what action to perform,
I'll try and leave you on the same screen, and please try clicking
a button. If you get this message, even though you definitely clicked
a button, we'd appreciate it if you could send a bug report to
address@hidden detailing your OS, browser and version, and as
much detail as possible about what screen you were on, what you were
