hmm - I tried a quick & dirty test-page to replicate this (perhaps I'm
confused by the syntax - so I'm attaching it).  When I look at the info
page for it, the url is the same until just past "&key_stack" (attaching
a snapshot of that).  I think I have enough info to test this but don't
see exactly what's broken.
