When I wanted to submit some time ago, I wanted to check settings
first which is allegedly possible by giving an empty file name but 
this was not possible with 2.8.4rel1 --- you have to input a file
name else you get an error.

There is the request: ask if empty file name is intended.

If you want me to test upload, I'd need a different site.
