Here's what ^K gets me to:

NOTE: Activate links to gobble up cookies or entire domains, or to change
a domain's 'allow' setting.
Domain=www.booktv.org (Cookies never allowed.)
I have no "Prompt" to select, not on *this* page, anyway.
Whee am I going wrong?
