wtf indeed.

I would like to begin to document procedures related to client certificate
management with lynx for 2.8.6 at some point; the server cert docs began from
the 2.8.5dev9 ssl error business, but there is no such starting point for
client cert installation and management AFAICS.

What I need to know is:

There does not appear to be anything in lynx.cfg about this - does the
functionality exist?
Can lynx be made aware of a specific cert to present to a server?
What (if any) are the environment variables and expected cert locations?
