[Lynx-dev] small problems in 2.8.6dev.10

I found two small problems in 2.8.6dev.10.

1. In viwing usemap page, an unexpected blank line is shown if URL is
   too long.

2. I couldn't see the source of xhtml+xml document by pressing '\',
   but only to see the download prompt "application/xhtml+xml
   D)ownload, or C)ancel"
