has a '!', which means that changes made on the Options page aren't
saved.  One can change that in lynx.cfg:

#ENABLE_LYNXRC:cookie_loose_invalid_domains:ON
#ENABLE_LYNXRC:cookie_query_invalid_domains:ON
#ENABLE_LYNXRC:cookie_reject_domains:ON
#ENABLE_LYNXRC:cookie_strict_invalid_domains:ON
