[Lzip-bug] Freeze of Debian 10 (buster)

Hi Antonio,

I've uploaded the latest and greatest wrt/ debian packaging for all 11
lzip (and lzip related) packages:

All lzip packages are at their current (non-beta/non-rc) releases, have
no open bugs in the bug tracker, and compiled on all supported
architectures. So we're ready for the freeze for Debian 10 (buster), yay:

If you would like to see newer versions in the upcoming Debian 10 than
that, I can upload anything that you'd release prior 2019-02-01.
