[Maposmatic-dev] Public announcement now possible

Hello,

We have reached a point where we think it is possible to make the
public announcement about the new version of MapOSMatic.

The wiki page http://wiki.maposmatic.org/doku.php?id=2012_announcement
lists who has done or will do the announcement in which place so that
we don't step on each others toes. Please keep this page updated with
the place where the announcement was made.

Enclosed you'll find the updated versions of the announcement texts, in
english and french. You are free to translate these in other languages,
and you can also adapt the text depending on the targeted public or
your personal views on the project: those announcement texts are just
proposals.
