This is really strange.

I just downloaded that package by hand, and the checksum was:
977c10b88a2230e96868edc78a9e3789c0fcbf70

This is exactly the checksum stored in Mingw-cross-env, so I
don't see any problems.

I guess something went hooribly wrong with your download. Please
remove the downloaded file and try again:

    rm pkg/qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.6.2.tar.gz

    make qt

Does that work for you?
