[Mingw-cross-env-list] Silently changed source tarball of package libsamplerate

Dear mingw-cross-env users,

The libsamplerate project silently changed their source tarball.
I can't stress enough that this kind of action is a really, really
bad idea for lots of reasons!

Anyway, we'll have to cope with that. So I just updated the checksum:

    http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/mingw-cross-env/rev/02e1d1e0891a

You should use something like the following commands to avoid trouble:

    hg pull -u
    rm pkg/libsamplerate*
    make
