[Mingw-cross-env-list] [PATCH] Automake requirement.

The required version of automake has been raised from 1.11.1 to 1.12. Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Long Time Support) ships with automake 1.11.3 and does not show the build error reported before the change. I suggest setting the required automake version to 1.11.3 as in this patch.
