Looks like something to do with `autogen` being detected and assuming `libopts` is available. Can you check if this fixes it:

2) what is the difference between i686-w64 and x86_64-w64 in target ?

They are 32 and 64-bit builds respectively, the *-w64-* comes from the name of the mingw-w64 project and doesn’t determine the arch.
