[Mingw-cross-env-list] install failure at package subversion

I am trying to install MXE on a Fedora 22 installation using all the basic configuration.

I get an error when it gets to subversion, with the follwoing in the log file:

buildcheck: libtool version 2.4.2 (ok)

./autogen.sh: line 83: cd: /bin/../share/aclocal: No such file or directory

/libtool.m4 not found (try setting the LIBTOOL_M4 environment variable)

Makefile:594: recipe for target 'build-only-subversion_i686-w64-mingw32.static' failed

make[1]: *** [build-only-subversion_i686-w64-mingw32.static] Error 1

Does anyone know a fix for this please or can advise how to set LIBTOOL_M4 if that is the solution?  I have scanned recent issues but can't see anything there already.
