Summary:  Only one mldonkey_gui allowed to connect at the same time

Original Submission:  At least in 1.16 it was possible to connect several GUIs 
to the same mldonkey-core. Since b7 or b8 only one connection is possible and 
as soon as you connect with one gui the currently connected one gets 
disconnected.
This functionality is needed for sharing one core between several persons 
(given the fact that they are allowed to view all downloads).
