Ok, I may be just dumb or I may not be looking hard 
enoughm but I cannot find any help on the 
new 'priority' command in  Release 1.99 beta 8 + 5 
(2002-10-05).  I don't want to meddle with it until I 
know how to use it right.  In particular, I'm confused 
about the first argument:

priority <priority> <files numbers>
             ^
             |
             |
what are the possible and accepted values for 
<priority>?  What's the default value for any one 
download?  Please help.
