Original Submission:  sometimes on "ovstats" there is nothing just that:

  Connected Peers: 0
  Search hits: 0
  Source hits: 0

sure, im not starting with just "ovweb" cuz of the 404 error, im using an 
alternative contact.ocl and the core surly can resolve those hosts
so what can it be? any idea?
